How will my map look?
All maps are printed on high quality matte paper and shipped in cardboard tubes to prevent damage. Water-based Epson ink is used (GREENGUARD Gold certified).
We do not print on glossy poster paper or photo paper (Kodak, Fujifilm, etc).
What shipping options are available?
You can select a shipping method during checkout (depending on your country). Orders in the EU and US normally arrive within 4-10 business days. Orders can be sent by courier (DHL, FedEx, USPS, dpd) or regular post.
Please note that delays are possible due to COVID-19.
Where is my map printed?
Our partner prints in the US, Spain, Latvia, and Mexico. Orders are shipped from the nearest center to you to reduce delivery times. You will receive a tracking number for your order.
What can be customized?
Almost anything! Create exactly the map you need by selecting just the right area, scale and style. Add your own GPS tracks and points.
Can I see a preview/proof before printing?
Yes! You'll see a low resolution preview of your entire map as well as a small full resolution sample before you pay. The print file is available to download as soon as your payment is processed.
Can I return my map?
Yes. Maps that are damaged in transit or do not match the preview (proof) can be returned for a full refund.
